Logiware provides global advisory services to investors relating to the set-up and management of a Private Equity and Real Assets Investments in Greece and other markets in the EMEA region.
Logiware team currently advise, support and assist clients and investors, who seek to expand into the Greek market and/or further professionalize their private equity and real assets investing activities in Greece and the wider region. We are particularly focusing on distressed opportunities that have arisen from the recent developments of the Greek market and the demand for alternative sources of funding.
Logiwares services include the design and implementation of a private equity or real assets investment program, legal and tax structuring, due diligence, transaction management, investment level steering, cash flow planning, portfolio structuring, monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
Our aim is to source and originate unique and proprietary transaction opportunities, provide bespoke investment solutions and constructively engage with our clients to meet their needs free from potential conflicts of interests. We are also prepared to engage in principal investing along our clients in selected opportunities so as to have full alignment of interests
